In very good condition she looks like a 1970’s from the particular Prugnat lugs used but you can never tell what he dug out of his parts boxes. Typical paint job, signature seatstay full crossover and panel double fishtail decoration and signature 3 colour lug lining. Zeus fork crown, curved reinforced seatstay bridge, centrepull bridge and canti pegs with Mafac Cantis. Off side light bracket so may have been built for the UK. Nice TA Double Chain set and Campagnolo bar end shifters and LF hubs. Brooks saddle in need of rivets! Decide yourself on the gear mechs and rims. Looks all period except stem and brake levers.
