What a wonderful web site citing the history of this marque. I raced in my mid teens in the 70’s and living near to Birmingham, MN was mentioned amongst us youngsters on club nights. Just a shame there are’nt more examples seen out and about being used as trusty steeds. I still ride a ‘ 67 Mercian Superlight.
Thanks very much again.

A funny thing happened on the way to the office………………after posting my admiration for the MN web site on Sunday 7th May, I was with travelling in a car driven by a customer today around Shenstone chatting to him of my projects in vintage racing cycles and the history of MN when I spotted a red flamboyant MN with script transfers coming out of a side road near Mill Green! My first true sighting of a MN. What were the odds of that happening!?
Made my day
