Pale Blue and Bronze 1965

01

We haven’t got the full number of this frame. It is in O/F in a ‘like it or hate it’ colour scheme of pale blue enamel and bronze metallic. This frame has been doing the rounds on ebay and elsewhere and was last heard of in Italy. An unusual livery of blue and bronze built at Reform Street.

A nice frame with plain Prugnat lugs, a sloping fork crown, centrepull brake bridge, curved reinforced seatstay bridge and straight chainstay bridge. Nicely faired in seatstay tops with small, typical panels and double fishtail decoration. Unsure about drop-outs but provision for mudguards but no light peg braze-on so we can assume it was intended to be raced. This could be considered to be supported by the multi panel seat tube decoration.

We would appreciate the owner contacting us if he or she sees this!
